Shipping policy

Orders will be shipped within the delivery timeframe specified and requested by the customer. Unless otherwise indicated, please allow 48 hours between receipt of the order and its shipment.

Shipments are made on a FOB basis, at the customer's expense, unless a promotion offering free shipping applies.

Shipping is generally handled by Bpost. If the customer prefers a different shipping service, they must notify us before shipment.

Please allow 1 to 2 business days for Bpost shipments within Belgium and 3 to 5 days within the European Union.

During holiday closures, we accept orders but cannot process them. Shipping will resume when our offices reopen. Customers will be notified in advance via email of our annual holiday closure dates.
