NEW ITEM

Products received with a major manufacturing defect will be replaced free of charge.

Exchanging a ring for one of the same style is also free.

If an item (A) is exchanged for another item (B) with a different part number, a credit note equal to 80% of the invoiced value of item (A) will be issued upon receipt of item (A), provided that it is brand new and unused, in its original packaging.

Please note that returns must be reported within 15 days of receiving the merchandise, and items must be returned within 30 days. Please specify the date and invoice number of the item you wish to return. To be eligible for a return, a new item must always be returned in brand-new, unused condition, in its original packaging.

ITEM USED

You may return a used item, regardless of its condition or the reason for the return, within 2 years of the invoice date. You will receive a credit note equal to 10% of the invoiced amount.

Please specify the date and number of the corresponding invoice for each returned item.

PROCEDURE

To make a return, please contact us first at contact@designereurope.com. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted. If you have any questions about returns, you can always contact us at contact@designereurope.com.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items purchased at a discount or items ordered more than 2 years ago.

REFUNDS

We do not issue refunds for orders. We offer a free exchange or store credit, depending on the type of customer service request we receive. We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your return.

DAMAGE AND PROBLEMS

Please check your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if there was an error with the delivery. We will be happy to resolve the issue.
