LEGAL BASES

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), if you reside in the European Economic Area (“EEA”), we process your Personal Information on the following legal bases:
- Your consent;
- The performance of the contract between you and the Site;
- Compliance with our legal obligations;

We do not engage in fully automated decision-making that uses customer data and produces legal or other significant effects.

Our Shopify processing provider uses limited automated decision-making to prevent fraud, which does not have any legal or other significant effects on you.

Services that include automated decision-making features include:
- A temporary blacklist of IP addresses associated with repeated failed transactions. This blacklist remains active for a few hours.
- A temporary blacklist of credit cards associated with the IP addresses on the blacklist. This blacklist remains active for a few days.

The length of time a cookie remains on your computer or mobile device depends on its type: a “persistent” cookie or a “session” cookie. Session cookies remain active until you close your browser, while persistent cookies remain active until they expire or are deleted. Most of the cookies we use are persistent and expire between 30 minutes and two years after they are downloaded to your device.

You can control and manage cookies in various ways. Please note that deleting or blocking them may negatively affect your user experience and make certain parts of our website less accessible.

Most browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can choose whether or not to accept them using your browser settings, which are usually found in the “Tools” or “Preferences” menu. You can find more information about changing your browser settings or about blocking, managing, or filtering cookies in your browser’s help section or on websites such as www.allaboutcookies.org.

Please also note that blocking cookies does not necessarily prevent the sharing of information with third parties, including our advertising partners. To exercise your rights or object to certain uses of your information by these third parties, please follow the instructions in the “Advertising” section above.

DO NOT TRACK

Please note that, in the absence of a common industry-wide interpretation of how to respond to “Do Not Track” signals, we do not change our data collection and use practices when we detect this signal from your browser.

CHANGES

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect, for example, changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.

CLAIMS

As noted above, if you wish to file a complaint, please contact us by email or mail using the contact information provided in the “Contact” section above.

If you are not satisfied with our response to your complaint, you have the right to file a complaint with the relevant data protection authority. You can contact your local data protection authority or our supervisory authority here: https://europa.eu/youreurope/citizens/consumers/shopping/shopping-consumer-rights/index_en.htm.
